As an IT Designer (m/w/d), you are the interface between our users, the infrastructure, and our SaaS solutions. You design the development of our system landscape operationally in interaction with the departmental management and the management with the goal of ensuring user-friendly, fault-free, and secure work processes. With your expertise, you support the IT team in the current transformation of our company to digitalized and simplified work processes and create access to these for our employees.

How your activity looks like:
- System administration: installation, configuration, maintenance, and monitoring of our IT system landscape, including servers, networks, and cloud services.
- Support: technical support for our employees and teachers to ensure a trouble-free operation and the use of modern technologies.
- Consulting: contact person for employees in IT-related matters to strengthen digital competence within our organization.
- Security management: ensuring IT security through regular updates, patches, and monitoring of our systems for security risks.
What characterizes you:
- Fachwissen: completed education or study in the field of Computer Science, IT System Electronics, or comparable qualifications.
- Erfahrung: possibly already some work experience in the IT field
- Kompetenzen: basic knowledge in network technologies, server administration, cloud services, and IT security.
- Persönlichkeit: team ability, service orientation, and the ability to capture and convey complex issues in a comprehensible way.
- Engagement: motivation to work in a value-oriented company that takes sustainability and social responsibility seriously.
- Good knowledge of German.
