What characterizes you:

• Completed vocational training as MFA, TFA or ZFA
• Ideal would be professional experience as a medical or dental administrative assistant
• Good knowledge of:
• Administration and management of practice data
• Digital communication, appointment booking, document management, contract law and organizing administrative processes
• Operational business processes to organize and improve, and to observe quality securing measures and to comply with legal regulations and company guidelines
• Measures for quality assurance, patient safety and data protection to be considered
