Job description
Assist the technical project leader in R&D garnissage siège team with innovation and capitalization tasks, including idea generation, technical solution research, and validation testing. Projects will focus on seat systems and their components, such as foam, textile, or plastic.
Realize or pilot tests, generate ideas, research technical solutions, and pilot validation tests for seat system projects. Evaluate and adapt new materials as components of the seat.
