Found is looking for a Staff Software Engineer to join the Platform team, responsible for ensuring systems are reliable and secure, while providing a great experience for users and engineers. The ideal candidate has 8+ years of experience with backend technologies in a public cloud environment and a proven track record of scaling and troubleshooting production systems.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience with backend technologies in a public cloud environment
• Proven track record of scaling and troubleshooting production systems or services
• Deep understanding of end-to-end request flow and how system components interact across the stack
• Strong fundamental knowledge of SLAs and SLOs
• Experience managing tech debt and driving engineering quality improvements across multiple teams
