Maintain professional communication with customers, provide product support, and drive profitable sales through effective selling, upselling, and cross-selling. Enter orders, pricing, and customer data into systems accurately and respond to orders and quote requests via multiple channels.
The successful candidate will have excellent verbal communication skills, 2+ years of inside sales experience, and familiarity with Windows operating systems. They will be able to focus on different tasks and use time efficiently to achieve desired outcomes.
