
Job description
As a Pharmacy Operations Specialist, you will support health system customers through every stage of their journey with our AI-powered digital pharmacy platform. You'll bring deep pharmacy and pharmacy operations expertise throughout the implementation process, helping customers configure the platform to optimize their workflows and training their teams with confidence.
You'll support implementations, facilitate discovery sessions, configure and validate the platform, deliver training, and participate in customer onsites and calls. You'll also serve as the voice of the customer internally, channeling implementation feedback and insights to the Product team.
This role is ideal for a PharmD who has worked for a health system pharmacy or at a healthcare technology company supporting health system customers. You'll combine clinical and operational credibility with a structured, consultative approach across the entire customer journey.
