Join Foundation Health as a Senior Software Engineer to help transform healthcare through an AI-powered digital pharmacy platform. The role requires a proven track record of shipping production-grade applications from scratch, with a focus on AI-native mindset and technical leadership.
As a Senior Software Engineer, you will own full features end-to-end, driving them from initial ambiguity and architectural design all the way to production. You will work with OpenAI, Langfuse, and Vertex AI to ship real-world features and have a direct seat at the table to shape the technical stack and product roadmap.
This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in ambiguity, have a proven track record of shipping production-grade applications, and are ready to influence technical direction and lead the team through code reviews and mentoring.
