
Job description
As a Staff Engineer, you will drive strategy, connect the dots between business goals and technical implementations, and own the outcome of your work. You will be responsible for setting the technical quality bar, architecting systems, and modernizing existing infrastructure. You will also lead workstreams, drive quality ownership, and hold the team accountable for shipping software that solves real user problems.
