Requirements
- Good command of spoken German (C1-C2)
- Good command of spoken English (B1-B2)
- Experience in a contact center or customer facing role
- Experience in technical facing role
- Ability to adapt quickly to changes in products, process and technology
- Proven track record of excellent attendance and time-keeping
