As a Customer Support Specialist, you will answer and resolve customer inquiries via telephone and email, and provide proactive support to colleagues.
Requirements
- Very good command of the German language in speech and writing (C1-C2)
- Good knowledge of the English language (B1-B2)
- Experience in a contact center or customer-oriented function is an advantage
- Experience in the technical field is an advantage
