Four Seasons Resort Hualalai is looking for a Pool Attendant who shares a passion for excellence and who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do. Our Pool Attendants have the opportunity to shape our guest experience by providing exceptional knowledge of the Resort and exemplifying the Golden Rule in each interaction.

Requirements

• Provide guests with food and beverage, water, and oshibori service, spritzing, towels and assistance with seating arrangements at the pool and surrounding areas.
• Provide accurate information to guests in a courteous manner; fill all reasonable guest requests or requirements; anticipate guest needs.
• Set up the pool chaise lounges with covers and towels.
• Arrange the Ala Kai comfort station in the morning, make sure it is neat and stocked during their shift and then break and clean it down.
