Requirements
- Working knowledge of HVAC & Plumbing systems operation and repairs
- Life and Fire Safety System Knowledge
- Ability to develop and maintain awareness of occupational hazards and safety precautions
- Mechanically inclined with all-around knowledge of mechanical systems, plumbing, electrical and refrigeration
- Steam and gas fired equipment knowledge
- Knowledge of proper use and care of hand and power tools
- Ability to work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors
