Four Seasons is a luxury hotel chain that is hiring a Food & Beverage Manager to lead the operations of the Pool & Winter Dining Department in Baltimore. The role involves managing a team, ensuring quality of food and service, controlling labor and operating expenses, and maintaining facilities and equipment.

Requirements

• Select, train, evaluate, lead, motivate, coach, and discipline all employees in the Hotel's Food & Beverage departments
• Ensure that established cultural and core standards are met
• Control labor and operating expenses through effective scheduling, budgeting, purchasing decisions, and inventory and cash control
• Observe physical condition of facilities and equipment in the outlet and make recommendations for corrections and improvements as needed
