In-Room Dining Captain

Four Seasons is seeking an In-Room Dining Captain to join their team at Four Seasons Hotel Shenzhen. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in a line, supervisory or senior server position in F&B, and be proficient in English and Mandarin. The role requires direct staff management, exceptional guest service, and adherence to Four Seasons standards of excellence.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in a line, supervisory or senior server position in F&B
• Reading, writing and oral proficiency in English and Mandarin
• Ability to offer guests an enjoyable, expertly served beverage/dining experience confirming to Four Seasons standards of excellence
