Job Description
We are looking for a Pool & Beach Attendant to provide exceptional service to our guests at Four Seasons Hotel at The Surf Club in Miami Beach. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring a luxurious and memorable experience for our guests, responding to their requests, and providing information about hotel services and amenities. This is a full-time position that requires a valid work authorization for the U.S.
Requirements
- Basic food and beverage service knowledge and skills
- Ability to read and speak English
- Ability to conduct opening procedures, provide guest orientation, and anticipate guest requirements
- Ability to serve and clear food and beverage items in a professional manner
