Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in culinary arts or equivalent
• 3-5 years of experience as a Sous Chef in a luxury hotel or restaurant
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of French cuisine and ingredients
