Lead Pool Cook

Oversee daily kitchen operations, prepare and cook menu items, supervise kitchen staff, and maintain inventory. Previous kitchen leadership experience is preferred.

• Previous kitchen leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume setting
• Excellent communication and team leadership skills
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
