Job description
Lead Carpenter will oversee day-to-day operations on assigned job sites, supervise internal crews, subcontractors, and vendors, and ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget.
Perform hands-on residential carpentry, execute layouts and installations, maintain job site safety, and communicate with homeowners and team members.
Strong leadership and decision-making skills, attention to detail, and a customer-focused mindset are required. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of residential construction experience and a strong knowledge of carpentry and related trades.
