FOX Rehabilitation is looking for a Physical Therapist to provide one-on-one care to older adults in Waterloo, IA. The ideal candidate will have a valid PT license, be able to work autonomously, and have a passion for delivering exceptional care in a patient-centered model.

Requirements

• Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice
• Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Basic computer and EMR proficiency
• Current CPR certification
