2026-2027 Non-Employee Instructor - Dual Credit (Public Safety Divisions)

Dual Credit Instructors are responsible for the facilitation of student learning and the on-going development of instructional strategies that promote student success. They are responsible for teaching Fox Valley Technical College courses at their high school. Well-prepared and highly motivated high school students who successfully complete the course earn college credits.

Requirements

• Teaching experience
• DPI license
• Proficiency utilizing learning management system
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Adapt quickly to changing demands, assignments, and circumstances to meet student needs
• Communicate effectively and professionally with various audiences
• Engage in continuous improvement in the quality of instruction by embracing innovative methodologies, techniques, and delivery methods
• Knowledge of current educational methods and strategies, including learner-centered instruction, assessment, evaluation and collaborative techniques and strategies that address closing the gap in student access and achievement across race, gender and disability
