Warehouse Shipping Supervisor

Role Overview

A Warehouse Shipping Supervisor oversees the daily outbound logistics and fulfillment operations of a facility, managing shipping staff, coordinating accurate picking, packing, and dispatching of orders, enforcing strict safety and quality standards, and utilizing warehouse management systems (WMS) to meet strict delivery KPIs.

What You Will Do

Direct the daily workflow of picking, packing, and staging orders, manage and train warehouse staff, collaborate with freight carriers and sales teams, ensure products are properly packaged and labeled, and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Requirements

• Typically 3+ years of progressive warehouse or logistics experience
• At least 1-2 years in a supervisory role
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management or business is highly desirable
• Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
• Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
• Microsoft Office Suite
