Engagement Manager

We're a leading company in analytics and technology, looking for an Engagement Manager to join our team. As a Healthcare Finance & Forecasting Consultant, you'll work on building the economic backbone for transformation programs, model unit costs, and create defensible business cases. You'll also work with data, analytics, and governance to drive smarter decisions.

Requirements

• 10–14 years of experience in finance/analytics
• Payer operations finance—forecasting, unit cost modeling, budgeting, and ROI
• Experience with cloud data warehouses (Snowflake/BigQuery/Databricks)
• Knowledge of cost accounting and activity-based costing in payer ops
• Certifications: CFA/FRM (optional), Azure/AWS data certs
