Process Technician

Role Overview

The Process Technician is responsible for maintaining the control of processes in injection molding, molding/tool changes, set-ups, and start-ups of molding. This position requires troubleshooting problems and correcting parameters to maintain quality and efficient production.

What You Will Do

Perform processing adjustments on injection molding equipment, complete mold changes, set-ups, and start-ups, start-up/shut down of machinery, analyze and trouble-shoot machine-related problems, and respond to all machine, robot, and secondary equipment alarms.

Why It Might Be a Fit

This position requires three to five years of related injection molding processing experience and/or training, or the equivalent combination of education and experience. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with co-workers and management.

• Ability to read and comprehend directions, procedures, instructions, specifications, and setup sheets
