HR Operations & Controlling Specialist (m/w/d)

We are looking for a part-time HR Operations & Controlling Specialist (m/w/d) to join our HR department. Responsibilities include collecting and analyzing HR data, creating reports, and supporting budget and forecast processes.

Requirements

• Completed commercial education, preferably with a focus on personnel management
• Several years of experience in operational HR and experience in personnel controlling
• Proficiency in MS Excel and experience with HR systems like P&I Loga or SAP SuccessFactors
