IT Tech

The IT Support Technician reports to the Director of School Operations and is responsible for day-to-day operational maintenance, support, and upgrades for operating systems, workstations and servers. This individual will also perform software installations and upgrades to operating systems and various software packages as well as monitor and optimize systems to achieve desired performance levels.
