Requirements
- Completed Master's degree in physics, electrical engineering or a comparable focus
- Practical knowledge of semiconductor production processes
- Experience in leading technical projects and dealing with MES
- Developed analysis skills to identify and evaluate performance parameters of production deficits
- Solution-oriented and practical working methods to react flexibly to unforeseen events
- High communication and coordination skills to ensure a smooth flow of information and balance different interests
