Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in CFO Advisory, Transaction Advisory, Management Consulting, FP&A leadership, Finance Transformation, or Public Accounting
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- CPA or Master’s degree (MBA, MAcc, or MS in Finance)
- Strong foundation in accounting, finance operations, and financial reporting from previous consulting or industry experience
- Experience supporting CFO‐level initiatives such as finance transformation, transactions, or regulatory readiness
- Proven ability to lead client engagements and manage multiple workstreams
- Experience developing and mentoring junior team members
