Freddie Mac is seeking an Enterprise Business Risk and Control Lead to manage non-financial risks and create an impact in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Requirements

• 8-10 years of overall relevant experience with a minimum of 2-3 years of operational risk management
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferred
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Basic understanding of AI concepts and their business applications is a plus
