Requirements

- Regular in attendance at an evangelical Protestant church
- Commitment to a Biblical lifestyle
- Strong commitment to Christian education
- Bachelor's or graduate degree, including education courses
- Committed to keeping ACSI or state certification current according to FCS guidelines
- Ability to maintain an orderly learning atmosphere
- Enthusiastic, sensitive, loving rapport with students, openness with parents and staff
- Strong grasp of subject matter and keen ability to communicate concepts to students with a variety of learning styles
- Well organized, diligent, creative
