Manager, Sales Engineering

The Sales Engineering Manager will lead and scale FreedomPay’s Sales Engineering team, driving technical pre-sales excellence across the organization. This role will also be responsible for embedding AI-driven capabilities, automation, and scalable infrastructure into the pre-sales function.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing Sales Engineering, Solutions Consulting, or Pre-Sales teams
• Background as a practicing Sales Engineer or Solutions Consultant in a prior role
• Experience in the FinTech or Payments industry
• Proven ability to recruit, develop, and retain top technical talent
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Strong executive presence
