Freenow is seeking a seasoned product leader to head its FinTech products team, responsible for the full monetary lifecycle of its European taxi marketplace. The ideal candidate will have experience in leading high-impact product organizations and building FinTech marketplace products with a compelling value proposition for consumers and businesses.
Requirements
- 5-7+ years of product development experience with expertise in Online Payment Acceptance, Settlement, and Fiscal Services within a high-growth European Marketplace business model
- Deep technical understanding of a marketplace payment architecture (3DS, tokenization), advanced fraud prevention systems, and the technical implementation of VAT and financial reconciliation processes (ERP integration)
- Demonstrated history of successful commercial product accountability of a marketplace product, resulting in significant improvements in unit economics or impactful new business
- Exceptional ability to lead, coach, and scale multiple Product Managers, coupled with executive presence to communicate and defend complex, regulated roadmaps to senior stakeholders
