We are looking for a seasoned product leader with experience in leading a high-impact product organisation, deep experience in building and optimising FinTech marketplace products that create a compelling value proposition for the consumers and the business.
Requirements
- 5-7+ years in product development experience with proven, deep-dive expertise in Online Payment Acceptance, Settlement, and Fiscal Services within a high-growth European Marketplace business model (B2C/B2B).
- Deep technical understanding of a marketplace payment architecture (3DS, tokenization), advanced fraud prevention systems, and the technical implementation of VAT and financial reconciliation processes (ERP integration).
- Exceptional ability to lead, coach, and scale multiple Product Managers, coupled with the executive presence to communicate and defend complex, regulated roadmaps to non tech- or payment regulation-affine senior stakeholders (Management, Finance or Legal).
