
Job description
Responsible for winning new business and achieving volume and revenue targets. Develop and execute a sales plan to meet and exceed volume and revenue budget. Proactively develop a new business pipeline to ensure there are always sufficient active prospects to achieve set targets.
Develop and execute a sales plan, follow and further develop a new business sales process, ensure profitable pricing, identify market demand capability gaps, use CRM system, ensure strong relationships with operational team, represent G&W at external events.
Commercial specialist, energetic and proactive, financially literate, effective prospect interaction and communication, experience of working closely with commercial and operational teams, experience with best practice new business sales processes.
