
Job description
Freightliner's Safety Management System and supporting Maintenance Policy defines the standards to be applied in maintaining the traction and rolling stock for which Freightliner is the Entity in Charge of Maintenance (ECM). As ECM, Freightliner must undertake reviews of the application of its policies via audit. The Compliance Manager T&RS is key to the delivery of these requirements.
Manage the T&RS Competence Management and Audit activities for the Engineering team, lead and direct the audit process, develop the annual audit plan, and review the output of the audit process.
At least 5 years of experience in traction & rolling stock engineering, supervisory or man-management experience, and relevant qualifications in electrical or mechanical engineering.
