Job description
As an Operational Systems Specialist, you will be the focal point for and support the Tops Road system to ensure it meets current and future requirements of the business. You will drive improvements and change to enable more effective running of the road business. You will co-ordinate between all stakeholders, both internal and external, to ensure a smooth delivery and problem reconciliation across the road eco system.
Provide system support for the Tops Road system and other road software applications, manage and resolve system issues and incidents, and work with operations teams and technical management teams to produce business design and requirements documentation for future developments.
