Air Export Coordinator responsible for handling air or ocean import or export shipments, preparing quotes, and customer service.

Requirements

• Handle day-to-day air or ocean import or export shipments.
• Prepare quotes and maintain daily reports for pending shipments.
• Arrange pick-ups, deliveries and container loading as required.
• Maintain customer service updates, including tracking cargo from origin to destination.
• Set up billing and payables.
