Air Import or Export Coordinator

We are seeking an Air Import or Export Coordinator to handle air or ocean import or export shipments, prepare quotes, and provide customer service. The ideal candidate will have 2 years of experience in International freight forwarding logistics operations and excellent customer service skills.

Requirements

• Handle day-to-day air or ocean import or export shipments
• Prepare quotes and customer service
• Maintain daily reports for pending shipments as required
• Ensure all required documents are received
• Set up billing and payables
• Other duties as assigned
