Controller

Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled and strategic Controller to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in overseeing all financial operations and ensuring the organization's financial health is accurately reported.

What You Will Do

Develop and implement financial strategies, oversee corporate accounting, provide actionable financial insights, manage and mentor the financial team, and collaborate with external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in financial controlling and accounting roles with increasing responsibility
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or Economics
• Strong proficiency in US GAAP and international financial reporting standards
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred
• Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data, present findings effectively, and make informed decisions
• Proficiency with ERP systems and financial management tools
• Proven experience working within an international team across multiple time zones
• Exceptional organizational, leadership, and communication skills
