Requirements

• Experience as a Business Analyst or from a similar role
• Worked with requirements management and product development
• Analytical skills and ability to translate complex needs into clear solutions
• Comfortable in cross-functional teams and able to create consensus between business and technology
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English
