Frenda is a Swedish product company that develops and delivers a comprehensive, cloud-based SaaS solution. As Head of Product and Design, you will lead a team and have a central role in how we develop our product forward, creating clarity in direction and priorities, developing the team, and ensuring that we build a user-centered and competitive product.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in product development and leadership in a product company, preferably in SaaS
• Led and coached product owners and designers
• User-centered and data-driven approach
• Combine strategic thinking with operational support and create clarity in goals, priorities, and expectations
• Coordinate and drive cross-functional work throughout the entire product and business chain
• Experience of complex deliveries, preferably to the public sector or regulated industries such as MedTech
