Fresh Prints is a fast-growing American start-up looking for a Campus Recruiter to drive volume hiring of Campus Managers. The role involves researching US schools, sourcing leads, and promoting the job through outbound recruiting campaigns. The ideal candidate is proactive, goal-oriented, and dedicated to a long-term vision.

Requirements

• Exceptional oral and written communication skills along with a neutral accent
• Fluency in English is a must
• Great interpersonal and people skills
• LinkedIn recruiting experience is preferred
• 1+ years of High-volume recruiting experience
• 1+ years of outbound sales and marketing experience
• Detail-oriented and meticulous with work
• Self-motivated and excited to work on different projects
• Proactive
