The It Coordinator will provide user support, perform monthly FTAs, monitor security and event logs, and manage company software discs and storage.
Requirements
- Bilingual: English/Spanish
- Solid analytical and communication skills
- Knowledge of computer systems, networked environments, and peripheral devices
- Knowledge of Local Area Network (LAN) principles
- Knowledge of local system access and security guidelines and procedures
- Knowledge of Microsoft Exchange server 2003 configuration and maintenance
- Knowledge of server virtualization - VSphere
- Knowledge of data management and backup processes
- Advanced knowledge of hardware and software troubleshooting techniques
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications and personal computers, and other software applications that are unique to each department
- Knowledge of principles and practices of ethical and professional rules of conduct
- Skill in using advanced tools for monitoring and troubleshooting network and servers
- Skill in exercising judgment to apply effective troubleshooting procedures for computer systems
- Skill in establishing and maintaining cooperative working relationships with department staff
- Skill in following and effectively communicating verbal and written instructions
- Advanced skill in organization and time management principles
- Skill in assessing and prioritizing multiple tasks, projects, and demands
