Working as an Operator at Freudenberg, assisting in training new operators, troubleshooting, and performing preventative maintenance.

Requirements

• High school education or equivalent
• Basic math skills (Counting, Addition, Subtraction, Multiplication, Division, Chart making, Chart reading, Micrometer reading)
• Pass the SPC level for this group
• Complete paperwork timely, completely, and correctly
• Labor Report
• Shop Order
• Dispatch Sheet
• Log Sheet
• WIP Ticket
• Safety Check sheet
• SPC Charts
• Component Card
• Material Requisition Card
• Stock Card
• Maintenance Work Order
• Mechanical abilities to do minor machine adjustments
• Recognition of non-conforming material and procedures to implement corrective actions (MRB)
• Makes decisions pertaining to production while operating process
• Can use problem solving techniques
• Licensed forklift operator if applicable
