
Job description
Monitor and improve manufacturing processes to increase efficiency, quality, and throughput. Lead and support process improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma tools.
Analyze production data and KPIs, develop SOPs and WI, collaborate with operations and quality teams, conduct process audits, and provide hands-on troubleshooting and technical support.
Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies, experience with data analysis and problem-solving tools, and ability to work in a hands-on production environment.
