Process Technician

As a Process Technician at Freudenberg, you will handle materials, monitor production processes, conduct quality inspections, and collaborate with team members to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Requirements

• Handle materials and ensure their efficient and timely delivery to the production line
• Monitor the production process to ensure optimal efficiency and quality output
• Conduct regular quality inspections to identify any deviations or issues in the production process
• Collaborate closely with team members to troubleshoot and address any operational challenges
• Practice lean manufacturing principles to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence
• Perform packing and material handling tasks as required
• Demonstrates a deliberate focus on safety, quality, continuous improvement
• Performs other job duties as assigned
