IT Trainer

Fried Frank is seeking an IT Trainer to deliver engaging technology training programs to support user adoption and effective use of firm systems. The role will assist in designing, developing, and delivering training solutions that meet business needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent professional experience
• 2+ years of experience in corporate training, legal or professional services
• Experience with the Microsoft 365 ecosystem
• Familiarity with document management systems (DMS) and other enterprise applications
• Working knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theory
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• A creative, solution-oriented approach with the ability to champion organizational change
