Director of Commercial Property Management

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field
• 7+ years of proven experience in commercial project management
• Experience overseeing cross-functional teams and providing leadership to ensure consistent execution, accuracy, and results
• Deep understanding of building systems and mechanical operations
• Strong leadership and team development skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Yardi, and other property management platforms
