The organization serves more than 200 individuals through a comprehensive suite of programs, including Day, Social & Travel, Residential, and Supported Employment services. Direct Support Professional - Day Program
High school diploma or equivalent, 1 year experience working with adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, valid driver's license, and ability to communicate clearly and effectively
Day Program Staff
High school diploma or equivalent, 1 year experience with adults with IDD, valid driver's license, and effective communication skills
In-Home Care Provider
18 years of age, pass background check, safely lift 50 pounds
Part-time Direct Support Professional - Social
High school diploma or equivalent, 1 year experience working with adults with IDD, valid driver's license, and ability to communicate clearly and effectively
Residential Independent Contractor
Residential Contractors require a high school degree, be 18 years of age or older, pass a criminal background check, and have a valid email address, Internet, phone and computer
Volunteer
Volunteers are required to have no experience and be willing to give back to the community
Board of Directors
Entry-level experience, minimum 2-year term commitment, key responsibilities include fundraising, community advocacy, and oversight
BeFRIEND Young Professional Advisory Board
Attend meetings, volunteer opportunities, and fundraising events
Independent Travel Contractor
High school diploma and 2 years experience with adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities
