
Job description
As a Communications Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing network facilities and associated apparatuses. You will work in a team environment to deliver blazing-fast broadband connectivity to consumers and businesses. This role requires working in confined areas, lifting and carrying heavy equipment, and climbing poles/ladders.
Your main responsibilities will include installing, removing, rearranging, programming, testing, troubleshooting, and maintaining voice, data, and ancillary equipment and network services. You will also interface with customers to analyze installation and repair issues, respond to inquiries, and provide follow-up.
