Order Governance Executive

Process Sales Orders and Return Orders, provide guidance to sales teams, and coordinate delivery and collection arrangements. Monitor revenue release reports and prepare documentation for contract terminations. Maintain order tracking sheets and handle order changes.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in sales operation, order management, logistics coordination or a related administrative role.
• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or a related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Excel and outlook
• Experience with Oracle ERP systems is an added advantage.
• Effective communication and coordination skills, especially in working with cross-functional teams (Sales, Logistic, Billing)
